Having just one coaching session is powerful and can evoke energy for action or enable a solution to emerge. Many people commit to a series of coaching sessions to ensure their personal or professional life is characterised by integrity and purpose. Groups, such as work teams, also benefit from coaching.
We offer:
-An individual session of coaching for $150. These sessions are typically 45-60 minutes and can be face to face or by telephone.
-Packages of sessions that provide a small discount for a predetermined number of sessions.
-Sessions tailored for leadership or work teams at $200 per hour.
