An opportunity exists for an Accounts / Payroll Officer based in Queanbeyan, NSW.
Chincivil Pty Ltd are looking for a part time accounts / payroll officer to join our team on an ongoing part time basis. The position is for 3 days per week, must be able to work Wednesdays for pay run.
Reporting to the Managing Director and Office Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
Weekly Payroll
Processing accounts payable data
General reception and office administration duties as required
Providing support to the Office Manager
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
MYOB experience including payroll essential
Practical accounts payable experience
Experience in other Microsoft Office Programs including Microsoft Excel
Strong eye for detail
Salary and conditions are negotiable depending on experience.
