A Group of Stunning Luxury Apartments based in Canberra where guests and service really matter.
You will be working as a Night Receptionist looking after any guests arriving and checking them in. You will manage incoming reservations, both phone and email, and respond as necessary. You will also act as concierge and assist guests with any restaurant, show or transport enquiries. As Night Receptionist you will be in charge of ensuring all doors and windows are locked and secure and preparing all paperwork for the day shift.
You will have previous Hotel or Luxury Apartment experience, ideally from at least a 4
* property, and have a good understanding of Hotel systems and processes. You must have a positive attitude towards work and have the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will come from a 5
* London Boutique property, possess a wealth of local London knowledge and be a responsible person who can look after the apartments through the night. Previous experience of working with Opera or Fidelio systems would be advantageous. You will be working 5/7 days with shifts of 11pm-7am.
